ACL has recently undertaken a more direct role in property development and has a number of exciting projects in hand. By carefully tailoring each project to suit the city in which it lies, ACL is contributing to the continued regeneration of the North East of England.

ACL’s new role has resulted in the construction of a high-tech self-storage unit on Newcastle’s Coast Road, and the rescue of 10 Norfolk Street in Sunderland’s Sunniside Quarter. Currently, ACL are working on the proposed Lambton House Hotel project with the support of Sunderland City Council.
